What each day covers

Your team learns by doing, not watching.

gecco delivers hands-on AI training across two tiers. Every session combines live demos, guided exercises, and real business scenarios.

Your team walks away confident and capable on day one. No jargon. No theory lectures. Practical skills they will use on Monday morning.

AI fundamentals

  • Secure workspace setup and platform navigation for every participant
  • How AI models work, what they can do, and where they fall short
  • GRAFT prompting framework: Goal, Role, Audience, Format, Tone
  • Live collaborative prompt-building with your team's real tasks
  • File upload, web search, and conversation management essentials

Three practical workshops

  • Emails and admin: inbox triage, reply drafting, task prioritisation with AI
  • Meeting administration: agendas, minutes, action tracking, follow-up emails
  • Data and reporting: query datasets, build reports, create interactive dashboards
  • Each workshop includes a downloadable prompt pack and exercise files
  • Finale exercises that produce portfolio-ready outputs your team keeps

Building AI assistants

  • Build a working AI assistant from scratch using the GRAFT framework
  • Upload knowledge files, configure behaviour, and test with real scenarios
  • Chain assistants together for multi-step workflows
  • Learn to use AI to build AI: self-improving prompt techniques
  • Deploy and demo: present a finished assistant to the group

Applied mastery

  • Cowork and Claude Code (Claude) or Codex (ChatGPT) for autonomous task execution
  • Connect AI to live business systems, calendars, and databases
  • Apply everything to your own department challenges with gecco guidance
  • Build a working prototype that solves a real problem in your organisation
  • Complete tier only: upgrade from Essentials at any time

Platform choice, your call

Every programme runs on your chosen platform: ChatGPT or Claude. All exercises, prompt packs, and guides come in both versions. Your team trains on the tools they will use every day.

Built for your business

Exercises use realistic SME scenarios, not abstract demos. Your team practises with business emails, meeting transcripts, customer datasets, and department workflows. By day three, they are building tools that solve real problems.

Skills that transfer

gecco teaches prompting principles, not platform tricks. The GRAFT framework works across ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini. When platforms change, your team adapts instead of starting over.

In their own words

Reflections from gecco training participants across 7 UK organisations.

The sessions have been brilliant. I went from mass panic to mass enjoyment.

Senior Manager, UK medical college

Given how against using AI I was, I am using it more than I expected. That can't be bad!

Finance Officer, UK engineering body

I was a complete novice and now I use AI every day.

Membership Services, UK veterinary regulator

It felt like the trainer really cared about us understanding it, not just ticking a box.

Committee Coordinator, UK trade body

The training was exceptional. It changed how I work.

Director of Standards, UK engineering body

The person running the sessions deserves an award. Best training I have had in years.

Frequently asked questions

What platform licences do we need?+
Your organisation needs its own ChatGPT Team or Claude Team (or Enterprise) licences. gecco does not provide platform licences as part of the training programme. We can advise on which plan suits your team size and budget during the scoping call.
How many people can attend?+
There is no fixed cap. Online sessions can accommodate any number. In-person sessions work best with groups of 8 to 25. For larger teams, we split into groups and run parallel sessions across the training days.
Is this online or in person?+
Both. You choose. Most clients run a mix: Day 1 in person to build momentum, Days 2 onwards online for flexibility. We deliver wherever works best for your team.
What do participants need beforehand?+
A laptop with their platform account set up and logged in. That is it. gecco provides all prompt packs, exercise files, datasets, and guides on the day. We send setup instructions one week before the first session.
What does my team walk away with?+
Every participant keeps: prompt packs for each workshop, exercise files and datasets, any AI assistants they build during the programme, and the interactive outputs from the finale exercises. Complete tier participants also keep the working prototype they build on Day 5.
What is the difference between Essentials and Complete?+
Essentials covers Days 1 to 3: fundamentals, three practical workshops, and building AI assistants. Complete adds two more days: Day 4 (autonomous AI tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex) and Day 5 (an applied session where your team builds a working prototype for a real problem in your organisation). You can start with Essentials and upgrade to Complete later.
Do we need any AI experience?+
No. Day 1 starts from scratch. gecco has trained teams ranging from people who have never used AI to people who use it daily. The programme adapts to the room.
How quickly can we start?+
Typically within 2 to 3 weeks of the scoping call. gecco needs one week to prepare platform-specific materials for your chosen tool and confirm your session schedule.
Can we customise the content?+
The programme structure (Days 1 to 5) is fixed, but the exercises and scenarios are tailored to your industry and workflows. On the scoping call, we agree which business scenarios your team will practise with.
What happens after the training?+
Your team has everything they need to keep using AI independently. If you want ongoing support, gecco offers retainer packages that include refresher training, custom AI assistant builds, and quarterly reviews. There is no obligation to continue after the training programme ends.
